Piotr Załęski - Assistant Professor and head of the Laboratory of Political Culture at the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw. Arabaev (as secretary od the International Eurasian Research Centre); the Bishkek Humanities University named after K. Karasaev (as deputy editor of the PolishKyrgyz quarterly "Society and Politics").
